24/7 Access
Our lot is equipped with security cameras and outdoor lighting to ensure you can check in and out your guests whenever you'd like. You will also be provided a named key dropbox on our building for those times your guests have trouble locking them up.
Your Own HQ
No more lugging your equipment around. Host only access to on-site restrooms, garage area, and assignment of your own storage space for your equipment and more. Our building has cooling, and 6,000 sq ft of floor space to store your equipment so you can service your cars on the spot.
Dedicated Car Washing Space
No more wasting time driving off the lot for a car wash. Clean your cars on site with our dedicated car washing space. Just bring your own cleaning supplies. Electrical connections for your own vacuum are also available.
Flexibility for Multi Car Fleets
From our experience as a long time Turo Host. A 10-15 car fleet will utilize about 5 parking spots at a time. You can increase or decrease the number of spots you lease on a monthly basis.
Covered Garage Space
Whether its hot, cold, or rainy. You will have access to drive your vehicles into our building with garage access to finish cleaning them or service them.
No Long Term Commitments
We operate on a pay as you go monthly model with no long term contracts. Although we're sure you'd like to stay with us once you make us your HQ.

As Turo Hosts who have operated out of this property we have great negotiated rates that our partners will pass along to you with local mechanics, body shops, tire experts, and more only minutes away from our location.

How It Works

  • Our dedicated all-inclusive parking spots are $200/month. Submit the Contact Us form to get a tour of our facility, and to get started.
  • We just require 1st month's payment, and a contract signature to get started. We can have you up and running a matter of days!
  • Pay per dedicated parking spot, not by car. Based on utilization rates, you should be able to operate 2-3 cars out of 1 dedicated parking space.
  • Dedicated parking spots are a monthly subscription and we do not require any long term contracts. If you choose to cancel, it will be effective on the 1st of the following month.
  • You can decrease or increase your dedicated parking spots on a monthly basis (based on availability).
  • You will be assigned a dedicated storage space in our building for all of your equipment like car seats, vacuums, cleaning supplies, and more.
  • A dropbox with your Turo Host name will be mounted outside on our building wall to make check outs easier for your guests.
  • A unique door code will be generated for you that will provide you 24/7 access to the inside of our building. We have reserved the indoor building for Host access only.
  • Since our lot is dedicated to Turo Hosts. You will be able to service your own cars on our lot via cleaning or simple maintenance. There is no time clock on how long you can stay to work on your business.
  • Our service uplevels your Turo business by having your guests check in and check out at our commercial property minutes away from Hobby Airport, and saves you time from having to go back and forth for car washes and maintenance. Make us your Headquarters today!
